The room had a great balcony. I appreciated bar Neals, it was located 800 feet from the hotel. Can recommend this venue to friends.

Wonderful Spa and Charming Setting
We indulged in massages in a delightful historic building. The Aveda products were fantastic. Relaxing by the pool and enjoying the lovely atmosphere was heavenly. The beautiful grounds were perfect for a stroll. We loved the location, close to many great outdoor activities. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home.
While the decor was charmingly old-fashioned, the rooms were in need of some maintenance. The bathrooms were particularly disappointing, with stained porcelain and cracked tiles.

Nestled in a small town in Vermont, this charming resort offers a serene and picturesque New England escape. The historic building exudes elegance, with beautiful dark paneling and magnificent ceilings that transport you back in time. The comfortable and clean rooms provide a relaxing retreat, while the friendly and accommodating staff ensure a memorable stay. Guests can enjoy strolling through the well-maintained grounds, and the large patio offers breathtaking views of the surrounding scenery. Dining at the resort is a true culinary delight, with out-of-this-world dishes and extraordinary service.
While the dining experience and ambiance are exceptional, some aspects of the meals could use improvement. The soup course, in particular, had a strange gelatinous texture and may not have met expectations.

We stayed at a lovely historic inn for a weekend trip. the room was cozy and comfortable, with bedding that was soft and inviting. the staff was very attentive and provided great service. We were also impressed with the amenities offered, including a pool and hot tub that were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. the location was also great, with plenty of nearby attractions to visit.
The bathroom. the lack of hand rails in the shower made it difficult to get in and out, which was a bit frustrating.

Had a wonderful holiday here! The staff were super friendly and made us feel welcome right from the start. We got complementary massages at the spa and were blown away by how relaxing and rejuvenating it was. The building is cozy and historic, which added to the overall charm of our stay. Plus, the pool was a perfect spot to chill out and soak up some sun.
The bathtub was a little bit difficult to use as there were no hand rails to help us get in and out. It was a shame because otherwise the room was great.
